Edward Fields

Taxonomy / Elytra Rug

Combining elements of both stone and insects, Elytra, named for the wing casings found on a beetle shell, splits open to reveal a central pattern of snowflake obsidian rock. The design is capped by another nod
to the world of insects, with corner tassels that recall antennae and other sensory appendages.
